Dear Community Member, The Friends of the Independence Township Library, a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of the collections, facilities and services of our library, is funding a survey to gather information about the community expectations regarding the library. As the community grows and changes, the library must also adapt to suit the people it serves. Through this survey we hope to gather important input that can be used by the library’s governing body, director and staff to develop a strategic plan to better serve the future needs of our residents.
